Scott Jensen, Attorney

Scott is currently licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and California. His practice with the Dana Law Firm focuses primarily on probate, trust administration and estate litigation.

Scott earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating in May, 2009. Upon admission to law school, Scott was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship.  While studying in law school, Scott was a finalist in the 2008 ABA SEER Environmental Law Student Programs Writing Competition for his seminar paper on CERCLA and its application to large animal feeding operations.  This paper was later published on the ABA’s SEER website.

Prior to attending law school, Scott received a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business in May, 2005.  During his studies at ASU Scott worked full time for a regional industrial water company.  It was here he gained valuable experience in solving complex problems as the company’s quality manager.  He currently sits as a member of the corporation’s board of directors. 

When not in the office Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and family.  He is active in his community and participates in related service projects.  Scott also enjoys the outdoors and any activity that involves the water.
