Mark Andersen, Attorney

Mark graduated from the DePaul University College of Law (in Chicago, IL) in 2005. He was admitted to the Illinois bar later that year, and passed the Arizona bar in July of 2006. Mark has been admitted to the Arizona bar.

Mark earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1999. He worked as a staff auditor for Ernst & Young in Phoenix for two years, and passed the CPA exam in Novermber-2000. While in law school in Chicago, Mark advised clients on commercial real estate transactions as a senior consultant for RSM McGladrey. Mark joined Dana Law Firm in 2006.

Mark’s primary role with the Firm is lead attorney on any matter which involves court proceedings, including contested matters, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, actions to determine rights and settle accountings, actions to protect the rights of beneficiaries and claimants against an estate or trust, and actions to recover property on behalf of an estate or trust.  Mark also supervises preparation of fiduciary accountings.

Mark enjoys basketball and racquetball, but at this point in his athletic career, he mostly just roots for the Sun Devils, D-Backs, Cardinals, and especially the Suns.
