Kyndall Yates, Paralegal

Kyndall Dana Yates joined the Dana Law Firm at a very young age. She loved coming into work with her Dad and answering the phones. Over the years, Kyndall has worked her way up from being the little girl who answered phones and did the filing to a highly valued Paralegal.  Kyndall works directly with her father, Matt Dana, to assist him with Advanced Estate Planning.  She enjoys meeting with clients to execute documents as well as the important task of making sure that their experience with the firm was a positive one. Kyndall also works in the areas of Asset Protection which includes the preparation of Limited Liability Companies. She knows the importance of a properly funded Trust, and works side by side with clients, to ensure that all of their assets are transferred correctly.

Kyndall graduated from Arizona State University wherein she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis on Business, suma cum laude. Her husband is in Dental School at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. In her free time, Kyndall likes to read, travel, and of course shop. She especially loves that she lives so close to her two sisters and her nieces and nephews are just a mile away.
