Todd graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law in May, 2006.  He gained valuable experience while in law school working as a law clerk for an estate planning law firm in Henderson, Nevada.  Prior to law school, Todd graduated magna cum laude in Accountancy from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business in May, 2003.

Todd will focus his practice on estate planning, fiduciary accounting and tax returns, estate and gift tax returns, business formations, succession planning, representing small business entities, Buy/Sell Agreements, LLCs, Corporations and Partnerships. Todd has a very thorough understanding of business entities and enjoys assisting clients in business planning.

When not helping the Dana Law Firm’s clients, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  He tries to be actively involved in his community and is currently serving on the board of directors of his homeowners association.  He is a fan of ASU football and many other sports, and is also a guitar player and Beatles enthusiast.
