Mark graduated from the DePaul University College of Law (in Chicago, IL) in 2005. He was admitted to the Illinois bar later that year, and passed the Arizona bar in July of 2006. Mark has been admitted to the Arizona State bar.
Mark earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1999. He worked as a staff auditor for Ernst & Young in Phoenix for two years, and passed the CPA exam in Novermber-2000. While in law school in Chicago, Mark advised clients on commercial real estate transactions as a senior consultant for RSM McGladrey. Mark joined Dana Law Firm in 2006.
After four Chicago winters, Mark had enough and moved his family, which includes his wife (Katie) and two fun-loving kids (Gracie and Brian), back home to Arizona, where they can spend more time with both sets of grandparents. Mark enjoys basketball and racquetball, but at this point in his athletic career, he mostly just roots for the Sun Devils, D-Backs, Cardinals, and especially the Suns.
