Our Fees
We feel that most of our clients
prefer a flat fixed fee rather than hourly
fees. As such, in most cases, after the free
initial client conference, our attorneys will
quote a flat fee to perform the work and implement
the estate plan or administer the estate or
trust. However, because of the complexity of
certain matters, and perhaps the uncertainty
as to the outcome, we offer reasonable hourly
rates. In either event, all of our clients
engage our firm by executing a Fee Agreement
that outlines the work to be performed and
clearly establishes the fees that will be incurred.
